About Marie Martine Félix

I graduated with a bachelor's degree through the accumulation of certificates, including one in administration, one in human resources management and one in psychosocial intervention from the University of Quebec at Montreal.

I also hold a certificate in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaching and therapeutic hypnosis. I have a psychometric instrument certification from My Career Forward . I am trained in EFT and am a member of the RITMA Association .

I am a woman of heart, authentic, intuitive, and passionate about everything I do. A visionary, businesswoman, and mother, I am proud of my Haitian and Canadian roots. I am focused on what truly matters: the evolution of human beings.

With over 15 years of experience in human resources management in various Quebec companies, I discovered a passion for coaching in 2011 and founded my own HR consulting and coaching business. My mission is to help people find their own purpose and choose their path. Furthermore, I guide and inspire business leaders to find the right solutions for their companies to thrive. I speak about the importance of knowing one's own values, and I embody and live by authenticity, consistency with myself, and spiritual and family values. I will guide you in discovering and living according to your own values.
